All meal prep dishes only require a quick sear, to be heated, or are intended to be enjoyed at a chilled temperature. All meals are created with you in mind. That means we customize each menu for each client. Below you will find some examples from some of our client's and chef's favorite selections.

Miso Salmon

Miso glazed salmon, ginger scented wild rice pilaf, and garlic charred Bok choy.

Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl

Marinated tofu, spiced chickpeas, roasted red pepper, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, red onion, quinoa, and tzatziki.

Summer Rolls

Tofu, carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, mesclun mix, cilantro, avocado, rice paper, sweet thai chili, and miso glass noodles.
