• We come to your location and set up a beautiful assortment of delicious eats.

• We have a variety of different styles and selections with grazing tables to suit your preferences. Such as the classic charcuterie, antipasti, Scandinavian, or you can build your own!

• All grazing tables typically include an assortment of cheeses, smoked and/or cured meats and fish, house made pickles, vegetables, crackers, dips, spreads, nuts, and fruits.

• We can create vegan, vegetarian, and/or gluten free tables on request.

Wine Pairing Dinners

• We specialize in many cuisines, and styles of food service.

• Anything from a luau, back yard barbeque, to a Cinco de Mayo extravaganza. We have the experience to make your event as authentic as it will be fun.

• Hosting a holiday Party? No worries, we cater to any holiday celebration... Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, and even St. Patricks Day. Let us prepare you to be the best host with the best food.

Grazing Tables

• We cater all 0ccasions...weddings, bridal showers, graduations, anniversaries, birthdays, divorce parties...if you can imagine it we can cater it.

• We can accommodate intimate gatherings of 10 people to larger parties of up to 150 with ease. Larger events are welcomed and can be accommodated.

• We source all of the ingredients, equipment, supplies, and ancillary services.

• We set up, break down, and leave no trace for events.

• We can focus on pairings between cuisine and regional wines of that cuisine or global assortments.

• Not a white wine drinker? Not a red wine drinker? That's okay! We can do pairing dinners exclusively featuring white wines, red wines, and rosé.

• Pair your wine dinner in a traditional coursed menu of 3-5 courses or a tasting menu of up to 10 courses.

Special Occasions & Celebrations

• We can assist in everything from start to finish or just where you need us.

• From out of town? Need a local advocate or liaison for your event, look no further. We can be the your eyes, ears, and voice for planning your event with local venues when you can't physically be available.

• We assist in sourcing venues, creating menus, executing menus, decorating, sourcing decorations, and ancillary services, as well as set up and break down of the venue.

Who doesn't love a table full of treats? We create grazing tables that you and your guest can keep coming back to for seconds, thirds, fourth, and fifths!

• We focus primarily on New York ciders and brews, but would love to accommodate to your imagination.

• Just like wine we can create pairing menus comprised of ciders and beers that focus on regions and their regional cuisines.

• For our dinners exclusively featuring brews we can do global pairings and assortments.
